The worst bank of America branch ever. This place should be nominated for the worst BOA branch. No matter how busy they are only one teller is working on the desk. This place is over 8000sqf and there are at least 7 to 8 associates. They do not care how many customers are in line and how long they are waiting.
I'm done with BOA.

I've been this place 4 times this year. Minimum waiting is 25 min. They never say "sorry for the waiting" or "be right with you."
Not the brightest bunch here. I just opened an account and both times I worked with a teller who couldn't count back my money. I had four one dollar bills and she tried to trade me for a five dollar bill. I said, umm your till will be a dollar short if you do that. Four ones doesn't equal a five. Today, I cashed two checks, one for $2,500 and another for $305. You would think that 2,500+305 would be simple math but after counting back to me $2,705 the teller just couldn't understand where she went wrong. I repeatedly told her, you are a hundred dollars short, and after about three minutes of looking stupidly confused she got it. Give me a break....
