Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Tuch was completely incompetent at his job. He communicated ineffectively, attempted to charge us $75 extra without telling us what for, and then argued with us when we returned the car that the gas was not high enough. He cut us off midsentence and then exasperatedly threw his arms up in the air a sign which explain nothing and then concluded by saying “I’m not even going to explain.” I’m appalled that this man has this job.

This company is a JOKE! Took A 50$ Cab ride from airport to get there and no car despite my having reserved one. The 2 guys that worked there were absolute idiots. Not apologetic and offered no help. Actually laughed it up and very sarcastic. I cannot believe Hertz would allow these men to work for them. We were left stranded on a street corner. We ended up walking a mile to our hotel with multiple suitcases. HERTZ GET IT TOGETHER!

This place is a joke. After clearly showing my lack of any patience at all the employee only complains that he's ready for his lunch break.

This place is trash and I'm extremely shocked the way this place "functions", I've never experienced anything this like this from a car rental company. I don't know who's in charge there or who owns the location but they show very well the lack of care for this place. If it isn't already it has to be hanging on a thread. On top of waiting now about 25min, I over hear a employee tell a person renting they only had one car out of their two car reservation.

Said they'd have ready for my reservation on a Monday at 12, then Tuesday at 12, then 12:30, then 2, then 4. This is not a joke it's true. How do you run a car rental place if you have no cars to rent out and none available when you say you are. Seriously!! HOW???

What a headache, fiasco, and general customer service nightmare working with this branch. I had been working between Hertz and our insurance company to cover a rental while my vehicle was being repaired from a hit and run. I'd called to confirm a full size SUV as I required it to accommodate my sons wheel chair and various other equipment. The day I was dropping my vehicle at the shop, I called Hertz again to confirm I was at the shop and needed to be picked up. The gentleman I spoke with was so rude and flustered me to the point of tears (which successfully ensured I don't remember his name...) He stated they in fact did not have a vehicle for me and that my reservation was cancelled, although when verified with the insurance company, it was not. He offered to give me a smaller vehicle at a higher price and told me that I was mistaken about wanting a full size SUV and that his offer better suited my needs...If my needs were different, I would have set the reservation that way to begin with. I hung up with him and reached out to Enterprise which was just a couple of blocks away. Enterprise had a Suburban ready for me within 30 min and were so polite, friendly, and accommodating to help in my plight. I will never consider business with Hertz again based on their poor performance.
