I took in my car for a full detail. They were very clear on the instructions in regards to everything from forms of payment to time the car is expected to be brought in and delivery time. The work was done so well that my car now has that new car smell and feel to it all over again, even though I've had it for 5 years now.
The only downside I could see is that their appointments are far out in the month, but honestly with the type of service and the care that they took with my car, it's definitely worth it.

They squeezed me in with very short notice. I use my truck offroad and it has a ton of surface scratches in the paint, they were able to get the shine back in the paint and hide most of the scratches. My truck looked great when it was done! It looked much better than I had hoped for. I had a few issues with excess wax in the plastic trim, on the door handles and in my grip tape of my steel bumpers that wasn't noticeable until after it had rained. I ended up taking it back and the owner was more than helpful and got me in the following week to correct the problem areas. I can't say enough about their integrity and customer service! I will be coming back in the future.
And escape it did. It escaped on the back seat, on to the floors, on to the center console, onto the radio, the steering wheel, all 4 doors, and the trunk. Granted, some of this was tracked around by the dog after the fact, but nevertheless, the entire car was literally covered in.. you get the idea. Somehow, there was even a few spots on the rear view mirror. It was ground into the upholstery and reeked like month old cabbage.
One time, he must have eaten something he shouldn't have. Who knows. Whatever the case, he had a bit of indigestion. Though definitely potty trained at this time (he's a smart one), no accidents in the house in a month or so, whatever vile beast was residing in his intestines could not wait. It needed escape. It needed out.
I own a dog. I'm going to tell you a story about this dog.
I dropped my car off with Auto Shine. One day later, and you'd never know that it was previously covered with whatever hell-spawn was living in the digestive system of my dog.

He's a puppy, at the time of this writing, about 4 months old. The dog goes with me pretty much every where I go. Sometimes he hangs out in the car for a bit while I'm off doing whatever it is I do.

I was referred by someone in the Autobody business who said that Pat was the best there is. I have taken both of my cars a number of times and have always been very pleased. They do a much better job, especially a longer lasting wax, than other people I have used. He has also treated my friends well (including fixing things the dealer had screwed up).
