I purchased some nice decorative items and the manager informs me that they don't have packing paper to protect them, hasn't had any since January and that if items get damaged on the way home they won't take responsibility. I told her they should get some from Home Depot instead of waiting on their preferred supplier to send them some. She then to offer to wrap the items in bathroom paper towel. It's not hard to get packing paper!!
I love the shopping however usually the employees are not so helpful sometimes downright rude, but that's what you have to pay for the bargains
