The only negative feedback I have is that it appears that the dentists bounce around from patient to patient. I have had to wait in the dentist's chair in the middle of my appointment for the dentist to return on several occasions. Regardless, because of the excellent customer service I have received otherwise, I will be returning to Northgate Smiles and recommend that others do as well.

I had root canal done. Two months later still having pain and discomfort. Out of pocket over 200 dollars with insurance.

Great Staff. Easy to make appointments. Always on time. Great dentistry work. Great personalities...friendly, great discussions. Highly recommended.

Now I need to be seen by an Endodontist

I have always had a great experience with Northgate Smiles. The receptionists, the hygienists, and the dentists are all very welcoming and willing to take time to explain things to you. The receptionists have on multiple times walked me through my bill line by line. On one occasion they went through a great deal of effort and even called my previous dentist to find out about a previous filling that was making my current bill high. In collaboration with the dentist they were able to make some changes that saved me some money (fantastic!). The hygienist took the time to explain to me exactly what she was doing and gave me great pointers on how to care for my teeth better. Dr. Aylen explained to me at what point cavities were reversible to help me understand why my fillings were necessary. I really appreciate when my providers are willing to put in the time to actually explain things to me and I feel the entire staff at Northgate Smiles does so and does so consistently.

Out of pocket 2000 dollars. Northgate Smiles is very fast to make you sign a waiver if job does not go right no refunds or repairs.

my experience has been positive, they have been friendly and professional.. my appointments have always been on time.. they explain procedures in details and always making sure i am comfortable and understand everything

They are very easy to schedule appointments with and utilize multiple ways of reminding you of your appointment. I was even given a Starbucks gift card for being accommodating and coming in early for my appointment. Some other 'amenities' that I appreciate is the keurig machine in the lobby for those waiting and the best part is the cable television. There is one in front of each chair that has cable television where they give you the remote and headphones so that you may watch it during your procedure.

Firstly - in the interest of transparency I would like to say that Northgate Smiles gives a very nice incentive for their clients to leave reviews. This is also why there are so many reviews for their clinic. Regardless, my review is 100% honest.

I highly recommend Northgate Smiles! Everyone is always super friendly and helpful - and my appointments are quick and pain free. I also love that they can take patients at 7AM. I recently saw Monique (dental assistant) and Dr. Aluas - they're both exceptional.

Edited 8/23/2017: I left this dentist office over a year because they are way overbooked and I had a few bad experiences with the front desk. First, it became impossible to schedule appointments and to accommodate the schedule you had to be flexible in which dentist you saw. During appointments I almost always found myself waiting to see the dentist whether it was after a cleaning or even while getting cavities filled. The dentist would litetally go to do an assessment on another patient while the hygenist cured a cavity. It was not uncommon to wait 15min, mid appointment, for the dentist. As for the front desk, one time I made an early am Monday appointment which I had woken up early for, but when I arrived the receptionist already knew that the online tool I used the make the appointment had mistakenly double booked that time and I really didn't have an appointment. The kicker is that she only sent me an email about it a few days prior and had not bothered to call me or leave me a voicemail. I don't always keep up with my email and likely assumed that an email from the dentist was just an appointment reminder. I left irritated and tired as I am not a morning person and only scheduled it that early because appointments are hard to come by here. All this being said, I have always received great dental care here. Both dentists I saw were extremely polite, knowledgeable and seem genuinely interested in giving good care. The hygienist here is probably the best I've ever been to and gives great applicable tips. I hope that since I've left they've gotten better and maybe have starting turning new clients down to provide better service to their existing clients.

This place is good only for cleanings at best.
