Google said the place was open until 8:30 weeknights (I suggested a fix). I showed up at 7:30 and a crotchety man standing outside smoking told me I was too late; they were closed. I noted that the big red sign right behind him said OPEN. He said washing and drying each take 30 minutes. I noted that it was only 7:30. He said it was too late to go in and start, never mind the fact that there was just enough time, not to mention the North American customer service norm that you only close your doors to NEW customers at the posted closing time (which was 8:00 on the door). If a business closes at 8, that means they let you come in UNTIL 8. I just said fine, I won't come here again, and walked away. He suggested I read the sign. I'm not really sure what I was supposed to read that I didn't already. Apparently this guy learned customer service and business best practices from ISIS. Never going back.
Trying to find out if they're open for the 4th of July and can't get their phone number to save my life. I even tried the Yellow Pages. Very disappointed.
It is okay but not look nice. It is not safety issue......
horrible place...dropped off my clothes to be washed and folded for 100 dollars and had strangers clothes mixed in with mine when i picked it up. my sons new true religion sweater was not returned, my daughters new north face coat was not returned, my boyfriends designer jeans missing as well...i can't even call to complain so i will be going up there today.
Where is the option for zero stars?? This place was horrible. Stinks like weed and urine. Quarter machine doesn't work and overpriced.
