I live in New York and needed to place an order to the local Petsmart for my nephew in Seattle, and got to speak with Alan on the phone. We've used their puppy training, vet, and pet supply services and we've always had great experiences. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly!
But when my fur baby decided to roll in a dead seal, they sorted her out without making her too ugly & thanked me for the opportunity.
Always well stocked however it's hard to find anyone if you need help with something or have a question
What can I say? It's a chain pet store. Decent variety, nice enough staff. They don't keep up on pet accidents enough recently, IMO but I know this is also a failing of a crappy clientele who let their dogs pee on stuff and don't clean it up or tell anyone!
