I cannot speak highly enough of the sales department here. I recently bought a f350 king ranch ultimate and Matt Klein, one of the sales, managers has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am happy after the sale. I buy several cars a year and I can honestly say that this was the easiest purchase ever. They gave me what my car was worth and they gave me a good deal on the truck as well. Couldn't be happier and i will be back for my next purchase!! Five stars all day!
The service staff at Bill Pierre Ford are the best I have experienced for friendly, fast and the willingness to go out of their way to accommodate my needs. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and understanding!
I bought a used truck and had a couple issues that needed to get serviced. I do not live close to Bill Pierre Ford, so I had to go to a dealer closer to where I live. I called and talked to Jodie Simmons a manager and she was very pleasant and assured me they would take care of the bill and that I wouldn't have to. She did take care of the bill and I couldn't ask for better customer service either. You can tell she cares about the customer and doing the right thing! I will definitely buy my next vehicle here. I also want to say Diana my sales associate was great! She didn't try and pressure me to buy and she understood what I wanted. Thanks again for a great experience!

Greg K. needs a raise along with his service staff. They always do their best when servicing my Ford. I drive out of my way because the level of service at Bill Pierre Ford is higher than at other dealerships. I am made to feel that my vehicle & I are their number one priority. Kudos to the service staff of Bill Pierre Ford!
Almost got nothing to say, people from Bill Pierre Ford are the worst sales person I have seen in my entire life. Told them I am just looking at the car and not going to purchase it right away; however, they keep constantly making you sign the the paper work which makes me sick. Do not ever go to that place again, can not even believe they got 3.7 high for google reviews, probably people who work there try to enhance the rate themselves bc the true rate of this dealership will be more likely the most low key rate star on google review.
I had an entirely positive experience in the purchase of a Chevy ZR2 pickup at Pierre Auto Center. I was assisted in my purchase by Galen McKay in Chevy sales. Galen impressed me as honest, friendly and straight forward with good product knowledge. I was particularly pleased with Galen's willingness to research on after market products that will not benefit him but is helpful to me. Galen also took extra time to help a tech adverse customer through the connectivity features of a modern pickup. Real outstanding sale support gives me hope in working with the service side of the business going forward.
