Went here to get my new Prius and the service was fabulous. The pace is huge and they have an excellent lounge where I enjoyed watching football while they prepared my car. Jackson helped me through out the process and was very helpful, ask for him when you are there.
If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourselves a favor and go through Toyota of Seattle or any of the neighboring dealers. In all seriousness, I drove my family 3.5hrs each way for sole purpose of viewing a vehicle. Dealership had been in contact via email/text prior to our departure. We arrived on time to our scheduled appointment at 3pm only to be told it was being detailed. An hour later we were told hang tight it will be ready by 4pm. By 5pm we were told it would be ready by noon the next day, that it was at an off-site body shop which we weren't allowed at. This forced us to get a motel room. West Seattle is no place for a family let alone a normal human being, wish I could post a picture of the crack house viewed from our window. Again dragging my family to the dealer the next day, big surprise, no car. Making matters worse the staff offered little to no empathy, respect, no cross selling and finally no leeway in price. The staff at this dealer does not deserve to represent Toyota USA, and most importantly does not deserve it's customers. As a long time customer service employee, manager, veteran and family man I encourage you all to seek another dealership, you deserve better.
Just took advantage of the lease special that Toyota has on their 2017 Highlander. George Chaker helped me and was incredibly generous with his time, coming in on his day off and staying until after 9 pm to make sure I was all set with the sale. He worked hard to find me a suitable vehicle and make sure I was OK with the price. I would highly recommend him!
