These guys are always awesome. Great, easy to talk with, and they do a great job with any vehicle. They helped me with my honda and I couldn't be more satisfied
They helped take care of something that I was dissatisfied with from a different Car Toys. No questions, no pressure, and it was done for free! They seem like pretty good people at this one!
I've had the best experience with this particular Car Toys. Today, one of the employees, William, helped keep the cost of my stereo down by working with the store manager, Joe, and lowering the cost of coverage. Plus, once they realized that a shortage in staff was going to mean I would have to wait hours for the install to be done, Joe called for an Uber to take me home! They worked to make sure I was happy and satisfied with their service, and I'm deeply appreciative of their efforts. They succeeded in so many ways. This is a store to give your business. This is a store that is human and not all about the money. THAT'S brilliant business sense.
I had a great experience here. The manager personally walked me through the store showing the various options for the car audio upgrade I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and made a great recommendation that I went with. Installation took about 4 hours and the price was very cheap ~$200 out the door with install. When I went to pick up the vehicle the manager then walked me to the car to show me all the features and how to set everything up. Great experience!
My car was broken into last night, it appears that they were scared off so left the radio, but cut some wires and had the whole radio out. Went to car toys to try and get it fixed, and Ryan was amazing. He fixed the cut wires, and had my system up and running in 10 minutes. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. He didn't even charge me. Don't find that kind of service anymore. Thank you Ryan and cartoys!
