DO NOT TAKE YOUR SMALL CHILD HERE!!! I took my 2 year old son to their indoor play gym which is advertised for children between 1 and 5. My first impression was that it was kind of unsafe and not very clean or nice looking. About half of the equipment was marked with an 8X11 paper sign saying"do not use" yet was not sectioned off in any way. That is just not very realistic to expect toddlers to use some areas but not others. Within minutes my son wandered over to a "do not use" area, fell and hit his head. I immediately took him in the office to get an ice pack. An employee came to see what happened and immediately started in asking me if anyone had explained about some of the areas being off limits and talking about an accident report form. It really rubbed me the wrong way that her first order of business was deflecting any responsibility instead of caring about my sons well being. The staff was uniformly unprofessional and uninterested in safety. I was not impressed, will not be back and will happily tell others that I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place as a safe place for young children.

Until now I've had great experiences at SGA. My older son had a fantastic birthday party 3 years ago so I booked again for my younger son. RSVPs came back with only 3 kids able to attend so I called to reschedule for a different date and was told my deposit would be forfeited since I am trying to move the party within 3 weeks of the date. Huh? I'm not cancelling and neither are we trying to move it because of a situation within our control. What fun is a Birthday Party if your friends can't attend? As a business owner, I understand the need to run a business but this is an unfriendly policy and bad customer service. I feel bad for the workers who have to enforce it. This experience has been NEGATIVE.

Expelling a child for stating his opinion on something just because he described Trump as bad. Unacceptable to censor a child's First Amendment right. Shame on you and your staff.

We love the SGA for our 2 year old. He especially enjoys the indoor playground. it is quite popular on rainy days. Guarantees a nice long nap after indoor playground!

Shame on you SGA, how dare you expel a child from daycare at your facilities and from attending birthday parties at any of your locations because you don't like the families political standings. I wonder how many of your patrons are Democrats who will be just as appalled to hear this as I was.
