ER was great, Floor Doc was great, floor nurses were great. However, the aides in hospital were not concerned with cleanliness, rooms were not clean, operating room procedures lacking, no one notified us that our mother was out of surgery for over 90 minutes. Never have emergency orthopedic surgery there.
