The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The garden department has all the plants and gardening supplies we need, and that is just a small fraction of the store. This is the ideal spot to go for any situation involving zombies and can be well fortified. Such a great store!

I needed help with repairing damaged tile and two ladies went way beyond their job description and helped me trouble shoot for at least half an hour. Fantastic customer service! Thanks so much!

They do not answer the phone. Tried numerous times letting it ring greater than 3-4 minutes at a time. No answer from customer service. Even tried other departments. No answering of the phone. Tried University Village. Answered in 3 rings. Very helpful. I'm taking my business to the University Village store! NH

I had a friend of mine return an item here for me. He forgot to grab the receipt from me, but returned it anyway using his identification. He got store credit instead of the cash I had spent there. I really didn't mind because I do a lot of shopping at the home Depot. However when I purchased things at the home Depot nowhere in the store or in there return policy does it say that any item returned without a receipt will receive in store credit and that credit must be used by the person who originally returned it. I cannot use the store credit myself now and my friend does not live in Washington. He was just visiting from California. so it seems that the home Depot stole three hundred dollars from me. I am angry that I am out this money, and all the employee could say was sorry... How about informing your patrons of this rediculous policy. If the home Depot is doing so poorly that they have to scan there hard working customers out of there hard earned money then I do not need to shop here anymore!!!

As i was paying the cashier pushed my hand out of the way yanked my credit card from the chip reader after I entered my pin and hit enter to make because she wanted to stop the transaction. Isn't there a cancel button that would be better wear and tear for a credit card?

I have never had a great experience at home depot. I can never find anything. Their product placement seems unintuitive. They have fairly good knowledge of their products usually, but to find someone to help you or answer questions kind of makes product knowledge unattainable.
