I ordered something online and it wasn't the right item. I was going to return it online, but the website said to return things at a retail location. I went to this store and what appeared to be the manager refused because it was "a whole different process", it was 15 minutes from closing time and he was on the phone. Quality service, Ace Hardware, quality service.
Fairly limited selection compared to larger stores, but they'll likely have what you need and their selection of hardware fasteners is excellent. Everyone I've met in the store has been very helpful.
